Yes. Every disc and cartridge is loaded and played on real hardware before it hits the shelf — boot, a save, and a few minutes of play. Consoles run under load with the video output and ports checked. Anything not perfect is graded down and noted on the listing, so what you read is what you get.
Games are Pre-owned · complete (box, manual and disc or cart unless the listing says otherwise), consoles are Pre-owned · tested, and merch is Brand new. Where a specific copy is unusually clean or a little rougher, we tag it Used (Mint) or Used (Good) and add a photo of the real item.
By default everything is PAL (Australia and Europe region). Where a title is a US or Japanese import, the listing says so with the region code. We sell hardware in its original region state — we do not modchip or region-unlock consoles.
Dispatch is 1–2 business days from Newtown, tracked with Australia Post. Standard post is A$8.90, express A$14.90, and shipping is free over A$110. Remote WA and NT addresses can take a few extra days. All prices include GST and a tax invoice with our ABN is emailed with your order.
You get 30 days change-of-mind returns on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Email us for a return and we sort a label. Faulty or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded — see the returns page to make a claim.
