Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing on this page limits those rights โ it just explains how we honour them and adds a change-of-mind policy on top.
Under the ACL, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we told you about. If a product fails to meet a guarantee:
Because everything is pre-owned and sold at a stated grade and price, "acceptable quality" is judged against that grade โ normal wear noted in a listing is not a fault. A disc that will not read, a console that will not power on, or an item clearly different from its listing is.
If a title arrives faulty, not working, or clearly different from its listing, email us within 14 days of delivery (sooner is better). We arrange the return and, depending on the failure, a repair, replacement or refund. Return postage for faulty or not-as-described items is on us โ we send a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage.
Separately from the ACL, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery when the item is in the same condition you received it (a sealed item must still be sealed). Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost, and we refund the item price โ not the original outbound postage โ once the item is back and checked. This is a goodwill policy and does not reduce your ACL rights.
These limits never apply to a genuine ACL claim โ a faulty item is always covered.
Talk to us first โ most things are sorted in a couple of emails. If not, you can contact NSW Fair Trading (fairtrading.nsw.gov.au) or the ACCC (accc.gov.au and consumerlaw.gov.au). These are independent consumer bodies, not us. Proof of purchase (your order email) is all you need to make a claim.
