These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from Godzila Games, operated by Godzila Games Pty Ltd (ABN 61 634 812 093), Rear 88 Enmore Road, Newtown, Sydney NSW 2042. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — where any term conflicts with the ACL, the ACL wins.
You must be at least 18 and ordering as a consumer within Australia (or a delivery destination we list). Some titles carry an Australian Classification Board (ACB) rating — by ordering an R18+ or MA15+ item you confirm you meet the age requirement.
An order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance — a binding contract only forms when we dispatch the item (or tell you it has shipped). We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if stock sells out, a listing contains a genuine error, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.
Stock is pre-owned unless a listing states otherwise. Every listing shows a condition grade and what is included (for example "Pre-owned · complete" means box and manual are present; "Loose" means the game only). Photos are of the actual item or a clearly-noted representative example. Games are PAL (Australia/Europe) unless an import region is stated in bold. We do not modchip, region-unlock or otherwise modify hardware.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. As a seller of second-hand goods we may apply the second-hand goods margin scheme; either way the price you see is the price you pay. A tax invoice showing our ABN is emailed with every order. If a genuine pricing or stock error occurs, we will contact you before taking payment and you may cancel for a full refund.
We accept Stripe (card), PayID, Afterpay and bank transfer. Card and BNPL payments are processed by third-party providers; we never store your full card details. For bank transfer, goods are reserved and dispatched once cleared funds are received.
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on the shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Title to the goods and the risk of loss or damage pass to you on dispatch. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help trace or resolve it — this does not affect your ACL rights.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. "Acceptable quality" is judged against the fact that goods are sold pre-owned at the stated grade and price. To make a claim, see the returns page.
Separately from your ACL rights, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on unopened or as-received items — full details and the process are on the returns page. Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost; faulty or not-as-described items are on us.
Except for the consumer guarantees and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability for a failure to comply with a guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law permits us to exclude it.
Game titles, box art, screenshots, logos and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and are used for identification only. Site text, our lizard mascot and original photography belong to Godzila Games Pty Ltd.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. Last updated September 2026.
